If it was not already obvious, we need water to survive. And not just in a I need these Adele concert tickets to live or I’m going to die if I don’t get my hands on a tub of pistachio ice cream stat. While these are certainly worthy desires, unlike them, we would actually die if we did not constantly hydrate our bodies with some water. For many of us, it’s as simple as walking ten feet to our fridge to grab a bottle of water or replace our Brita water system, but for so many people around the world, access to clean water is not always a a viable option, and if it is, it usually involves walking tens of miles to the nearest clean water site.
Outfit of the Day (OOTD): Theme Park Outing
Lazy summer days…lounging poolside reading a good book, bringing your famous potato salad to picnics in the park with friends, and oh yes…going to theme parks! From Universal Studios to Disneyland to Six Flags to even Dollywood, summer in America means forking out tons of money to spend an unforgettable day screaming your lungs out on roller coasters and chowing down on cotton candy and churros. The only thing that could really make the day sour (aside from super long lines) is walking around the theme park in uncomfortable clothing. Let’s be honest, if you’re not comfortable, you’re just not going to have a good time. Here at The Good Weekend, our Outfit of the Day (OOTD) is not only the perfect attire for walking back and forth across the park, but every item does something good for the world.
